Mother’s Day is just around the corner. Here are some simple ideas for gifting.
As you all know, Mother’s Day is just around the corner–May 13th. If you have yet to find something special for your loving mother, grandmother, sister, wife etc., here are a few gifting ideas.
Raffia Bag // The Raffia bag has become so popular this past year and especially now that summer is just weeks away. You could find this type of bag at various retailers such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Zara, etc. This bag, in particular, is from Zara. [alternative, here]
Framed Photo // If you have quite a memorable photo that has significance to you or your loved one, why not frame it? There are many inexpensive frames that you can find at so many retailers. A convenient place to find one (for me, that is…) is at Target. [alternative, here]
Candle // Candles always make a nice gift. Most women enjoy a beautiful fragrance inside their homes. It could make for a relaxing bath, quiet time, help neutralize the scent in the kitchen while she’s cooking, etc. White Gardenia is such a lovely scent that I have picked out for myself–you couldn’t go wrong if you selected this. Another favorite of mine would be–here.
Personalized Wallet // Something personalized as a gift shows that you’ve put great thought and time into the spirit of giving. I am a huge fan of personalizing things, and this is my second personalized wallet. I have two personalized wallets from Fossil. What’s nice about their wallets are that most of them are RFID-protected, which means that they are specifically lined to protect against any unwarranted scanning of your debit/credit card RFID chips. Not to mention, Fossil provides a one year limited warranty on their products and they emboss for free!
Other general ideas of gifting to your loved ones for Mother’s Day– dinner at her favorite restaurant, time at the spa, flowers, a fancy bottle of wine. jewelry, etc.
I hope you’ve found this simple gift guide helpful! Happy Monday!
